Meet Kelly

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Kelly Barbosa grew up in one of the most vibrant and dynamic cities in the world—an experience that taught her from an early age how to connect with different people, navigate different environments, and embrace different perspectives.

Her professional journey in aviation expanded her worldview even further. During nearly a decade as a flight attendant, Kelly had the opportunity to travel, experience different cultures, and work in a fast-paced industry where communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to remain composed are essential.

Her experience also extends to entrepreneurship. In Brazil, Kelly owned and operated her own businesses, gaining hands-on experience in commerce, negotiation, and real estate transactions. These experiences helped shape her business perspective and her understanding of decisions involving property, wealth, and investment.

Her experience studying Psychology in Brazil also contributed to her understanding of people, different perspectives, and the many transitions that shape our lives something she values when helping clients navigate important new chapters.

Kelly’s connection to the United States began in 1999, when she first lived in the country. After returning to Brazil, she came back to the United States twelve years later to build a new chapter of her life. Her experiences across different states, cultures, and environments have given her a genuine understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with starting over in a new place.

For Kelly, finding a home goes far beyond choosing an address. It can mean beginning a new chapter, pursuing new goals, and finding a place that truly feels like home.

As a Realtor, Kelly is committed to protecting her clients’ interests through clear communication, strategic negotiation, and a thoughtful approach to helping them find the right property for each stage of their lives. Her goal is for every client to feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the process, always guided by transparency, honesty, and a genuine commitment to each client’s success. Her focus also includes first-time homebuyers, helping them understand their options and make confident decisions with clarity and without pressure.

Now based in Sarasota, along Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast, Kelly is dedicated to helping her clients find their next home or an excellent investment opportunity.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys exploring the Florida Keys and spending time enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and jet skiing. She especially loves spending time with her family and being around the animals she loves, particularly dogs.
