$120,000

Reputable carpet cleaning business that has been successfully operating since October 16, 1998. The owners are looking to retire due to age and health issues. The business has been working collaboratively with other like-minded businesses in Florida, from the North as far as Brooksville and to the South as far as Fort Myers and surrounding. They have had long-term relationships with these business owners over the years, and the new owner may have the opportunity to continue business with them or choose to set up their own business relationships in their own operating areas. With the sale of the business, they are also offering at least two weeks of training and guidance from the business owner. This could be a little less or a little more if needed by the new purchaser/owner. The owner is willing to help them and educate them on all the practices that have successfully worked for them. This business can be worked as little or as much as the new owner chooses to operate and make a business profit. The owners are conveying the name, all the equipment, paperwork, signage, products in their current possession, as well as an operating work truck that is always ready for location turnover. This is a great business to build working relationships with others, serve the communities, and be your own boss.
